Our team reviews each request through our trusted supplier network and shares availability, pricing, lead time, and shipping timeframe. No. All compounds are sold for research and laboratory purposes only. Not for human consumption, food, drug, or cosmetic use.

Do I need to be 21 to purchase?

Yes. VELOR requires age verification at checkout. All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.

How are products tested?

Every batch is independently verified by accredited third-party laboratories for identity, purity, and potency. COAs are publicly available in our COA Library.

Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same-day. Standard shipping arrives within 48 hours across the continental US. Discreet packaging, signature required.

We accept Zelle (payments@velor.health) and Venmo (@velorhealth, the official VELOR business account). Local pickup orders in the Phoenix, Arizona area may also be paid in cash at the scheduled appointment. Please include your order number with all electronic payments.

Local pickup is available by appointment only for customers in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Select Local Pickup & In-Person Payment during checkout and we'll contact you to schedule an appointment. Accepted payment methods are Cash (at pickup), Zelle, and Venmo (@velorhealth). Orders paid electronically will be verified before pickup.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped. We will replace any product damaged in transit.

How should I store peptides?

Accepted Answer

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods but should be refrigerated at 36–46°F (2–8°C) for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 36–46°F (2–8°C) and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
