This Shipping Policy describes how VELOR processes, packages, and delivers orders of laboratory research compounds and consumables.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Delays may occur during high-volume periods, restocks, or due to compliance review.
2. Payment Verification
Orders may be held until payment is verified. Processing and shipping timeframes begin once verification is complete. We may contact you if additional information is required to confirm your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Transit
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
- All domestic orders ship via tracked courier with signature required on delivery.
- Standard transit time within the continental United States is typically 1–3 business days after handoff to the carrier.
- Tracking information is emailed once the label is generated.
4. Shipping Rates
- A flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout and displayed before order submission.
- Orders meeting the published free-shipping threshold qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
5. Packaging
Orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation when required. Outer packaging does not reference product contents.
6. Shipping Destinations
VELOR currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of research compounds is restricted.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. VELOR is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information. Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier handoff.
- If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer and inner packaging and affected items.
- If tracking shows delivered but the package is not received, contact the carrier first; we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable will be assessed return shipping costs and a restocking fee in line with our Refund Policy.
10. Research Use Only
Products are shipped for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
